There are one-hour evening performances of traditional folk music and dance (Mon–Sat 9pm; $2.60) at the Performance House of Traditional Arts, 75 Nguyen Thai Hoc.

On the eve of the full moon every lunar calendar month, the centre of Hoi An celebrates a Full-Moon Festival; vehicles are banned, the streets are taken over by traditional entertainment and performances, and the only lights allowed are a mass of coloured silk lanterns.
